RiskMiser is a position size calculator app for traders, developed and operated by MiserTrade. The app is available at https://riskmiser.com and through mobile app stores.

We do not collect any personal data. RiskMiser is designed to work entirely on your device without sending any information to us or any third party.

Specifically, we do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Your financial data, account sizes, or trading information
• Your device identifiers or IP address
• Your location data
• Usage analytics or behavioural data
• Any data through cookies or tracking technologies

3. Local Storage

RiskMiser saves the following data locally on your device only using your browser's or app's local storage:

• Account presets — the account sizes and risk percentages you save
• Calculation history — your recent position size calculations
• App preferences — your chosen theme (light or dark mode)
• Onboarding status — whether you have completed the intro guide

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us or any third party. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser or app storage, or by using the Clear All option within the app.

4. Third-Party Services

RiskMiser currently uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

The app uses Google Fonts (Syne and DM Mono typefaces) to render text. When you load the app, your browser may make a request to Google's font servers. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. No personal data from RiskMiser is shared with Google as part of this process.

If we add third-party services in the future (such as analytics), this policy will be updated before any such services are enabled.

5. Children's Privacy

RiskMiser is intended for adults who trade financial instruments. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used this app and you have concerns, please contact us at the address below.

6. Financial Disclaimer

RiskMiser is an educational tool only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial advice. All calculations are for informational purposes. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Significant changes — such as the introduction of data collection or third-party services — will be communicated prominently within the app before taking effect.

8. Your Rights

Since RiskMiser does not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf.

All data stored locally on your device (presets, history, preferences) is entirely under your control and can be deleted at any time through your device settings or within the app.
